Why Having a MENTOR in Crypto is Very Important
For the past couple of years I have been sharing the exorbitant costs of the elite cryptocurrency Palm Beach newsletter services with a few other people. But what started off as a simple share of the costs of these publications has actually turned into me being a teacher or counselor in the space to many who are completely new to the world of cryptocurrency.
A bit about me:
As someone who has been buying bitcoin since early 2014 I became the ipso facto ‘crypto expert’ among my friends and new newsletter shares. People came to me with all types of questions which I had taken for granted since I had long ago been through the learning curve required to make me highly proficient at navigating the complex waters of cryptocurrency.
It was at this time that I realized just how difficult crypto currency can be for most people. Many things I took for granted are not actually that simple. I’ve gotten questions all over the board over the years: “how do I buy bitcoin?” - or “How do I send it now that I have it”. “What’s a crypto wallet?” “what are the best exchanges to use?”, “what does ERC-20 mean?” …and on and on and on. I realized that things that I took for granted were actually very real concerns and struggles for people. So I became a teacher of sorts to those who needed help getting their footing established in the wild west of crypto, and instead of being someone who simply shared the costs of pricey publications I ended up being a mentor, an ally, and a friend to many of these people.
Here are a few things I’ve noticed over the years:
Most of the mistakes people make are done early on as they are trying to get set up. There are many traps out there to part you with your money. Fly by night exchanges…or even bogus exchanges, people promising you educational courses that turn out to be worthless drivel and many people online telling you which coins to buy hyping things so much because they want YOU to buy their bags - not to make you rich. I once had a friend google a crypto exchange customer service number. The number wasn’t real but a spoof website in a paid search result which connected her to a scammer who proceeded to steal her $8,000 worth of bitcoin in about 30 seconds. Poof! Gone!
What’s important when you are first new to crypto is to realize that everyone has an agenda and most of the time it’s not a mutually beneficial one. This is the wild wild west! You better have your wits about you, and be quick on the draw - otherwise you’ll blink and suddenly find yourself penniless.
But even good guys have an agenda. I know I do! But mine is more altruistic and designed to be “mutually beneficial”. See, I’m hoping to gain some of your trust to have a conversation so that you’ll allow me to be your ally and mentor in the space - giving me the chance to share both my knowledge and the publications you may already want. Like most value adding things in life it starts with a profit motive; capitalism at its purest. But the best business is also the business which helps solve problems. And that is what I am attempting to do here - to connect with a few people that I can add value and insights to and have your back in the wild wild west of cryptocurrency.
Swimming with Sharks or the Land of Milk and Honey?:
With that said cypto is full of some of the slimiest people on earth. Scammers and frauds in boiler rooms in India or Pakistan or China trying to take advantage of your naiveté. It is what it is. Welcome to crypto. But crypto is also the new land of opportunity- a land where you can stake a claim and strike gold, or watch oil just gushing out of the ground. So, yes it can be a wonderful place too! Some of the best people I know I’ve met through my cryptocurrency connections and projects I have become passionate about. Many of these are freedom loving people acutely aware that many things aren’t right in the world and many things need to be changed. We love profit combined with the ideological purity of what crypto is at its core, and usually find agreement in the fact that crypto offers many solutions to a world begging for a paradigm shift towards more honesty and integrity in a broken world full of corrupt systems and cronyism.
But where do you turn for the advice if you are an outsider looking into this fascinating new world and the possibilities that it presents? Do you go to youtube? Do you run to a computer and start googling bitcoin? Will your smart Uncle Joe be able to help you? Certainly, there is a lot of information you can glean our there on your own if you are industrious and persistent. But these are also shark infested waters, and as I said earlier - nearly everyone has an agenda. Usually, as a newbie in crypto you are the “mark” - or as poker players would say; “the fish” at the table. Everyone will welcome you to grab a seat and offer you a smoke… getting you extremely comfortable, before taking your money leaving you wondering what the hell just happened?!
Are you the Customer or “the mark”?
Sadly, many of the latest and greatest crypto publications have also gone the route of the hustler at the poker table. They get you to empty your pockets to enter into the game - and then later they hold you by your ankles and shake you until anything left comes spilling out onto the ground. It’s a brutal world for sure. How many of you are aware that the moment you sign up for Palm Beach (for one example) the next week or even day they will be hitting you up to sign up for yet another multi-thousand dollar subscription service with them or one of their partners like Bonner and Associates or Legacy Research Group? Don’t believe me? Sign up and find out!
To me this is greed at its highest and most perverse level. They claim to want to “help” you become one of the nouveau rich - and they charge a literally boat load of money for the information to do so. The information is very good even! But then just days later you will find out that your information is “incomplete” - and that what you really need to do is to buy this “other” publication which shows you a more nuanced (and shhhh, also secret formula ) to really getting those profits you crave sooner - only even much bigger profits this time - in another sector - oh by the way this will only cost you another $2,500 or $1,500. Really? Are they looking out for their customers or more interested in bleeding them out like pigs? I’d say clearly the latter.
Time for a more Holistic Approach:
For the reasons above I have committed myself to being a crypto mentor and friend in the space - but as a business. As a bonus to signing up with me as your friend and mentor in the space I’ll share with you the publications. This way you help me cover the costs and I help you get what you want; the pricey information. Only I do better by you - in offering you my hand in expertise and kinship and getting your cost greatly reduced at the same time. It’s a no brainer for you really.
Keep in mind I have ALL the Palm Beach publications you could want; (Palm Beach Confidential, Crypto Income Quarterly (the "Tech Royalty" programs), Palm Beach Trader, Alpha Edge, Palm Beach Quant ) and also the lesser known and unrelated Crypto Vigilante of Dollar Vigilante fame (a very underrated publication imo). And you get someone who understands crypto and the crypto markets at a fairly high level - someone with the 10,000+ hours put into the space since 2014 to make me not only highly proficient - but arguably a distinct “expert” in the field.
If you were going to get the $75 rib-eye - wouldn’t the same steak taste even better at $25 - $50 while also having 3 sides (and fancy drinks) included? Your choice. This is what I’m offering you.
I have a videos showing me in all my splendor (lol) and trying to communicate who I am, and what I can do for you. I am currently offering a few levels of memberships to my mentorship and expertise and the publications and info you want. So why not have a brief talk about it? Drop me a line in direct message here (not in the public thread below) - and I’ll get you over the full monty of details regarding signing up with me and getting immediate access to the publications and my brain. ; )
You can also email me at: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
I’ll even send you that private video of me first so you can decide if I’m the type of person you might want to do business with. I look forward to hearing from you! Drop me that message and please leave a brief note of what exactly you might be interested in. Thanks!

Online gambling legislation and regulation. Starting your own gambling product.

Mobile gambling
If you plan to develop an app with the ability to deposit and withdraw real money, then such a product automatically falls into the category of gambling and you will need to license your business for successful operation.
Mobile and Web Based Apps
So let’s talk about the different kinds of online gambling apps available on web and mobile. We’ll be covering both free-play gaming apps and real money casino app games you can find for iOS, Android devices and web browsers.
Mobile gambling is more common for poker, casino, bingo, and skill games. They have advantages in terms of a low barrier to enter the market, instant liquidity, product knowledge, and marketing expertise, minimal infrastructure costs, and the ability to bring a brand to the market quickly. Consequently, this form of gambling does not sit neatly with jurisdictional boundaries. Multiple gambling opportunities are available, including betting on various events and markets, in a relatively simple format. Gambling products can also be integrated into betting on television shows or virtual racing and sports games as well as offering lotteries, bingo, poker and casino games.
Most Popular Gambling Apps
Sports betting, casino, poker and lotteries are the most popular forms of online gambling. However, other forms are available too. These include the following: Bingo, slot machines, different card games, roulette and other game of chance. One of the best things about online gambling and betting apps is the number of choices you have.

Sports Betting

Betting means making or accepting a bet on the outcome of a race, competition, or other event or process, the likelihood of anything occurring or not occurring, or whether anything is or is not true. Today most sports betting is done via mobile-friendly sites and apps.
Today most sports betting is done via mobile-friendly sites and apps.
The introduction of live betting for sports like soccer and tennis means that bettors who are sitting inside stadiums watching games can now pick up their mobile devices and find real-time betting value with the best sports gambling apps. This has really unlocked a door to the future of sports gambling and the popularity of online gambling apps.

Poker

Many sites offer free poker, where no real money is wagered, although in some cases players can accumulate credits that can be exchanged for prizes. This is the case why people are going to play for real money. There is an ongoing debate over whether poker should be classified as a game of chance or skill. The parameters of legal poker playing are still unclear and differ between jurisdictions. Since you are not gambling with money, I’m pretty sure under the law it’s just a video game for now.

Blackjack

Blackjack is the game of choice to many high-rollers and do you know why? Because blackjack is a challenging, logic and skill-based game where your thinking, strategy, and calculations determine the outcome of the game.

Bingo

Bingo is one of the most popular and socially accepted games in the world. Bingo is a traditional form of gambling that has seen considerable innovation in recent years. It is also the only form of gambling recognized in the Gambling Act that does not have a specific statutory definition, the Act providing simply that “bingo” means “any version of that game, irrespective of by what name it is described”. Bingo must be played as an equal chance game. For game to be classed as “bingo” it must meet the Act’s definition of “equal chance gaming” (as opposed to casino gaming). Thus, it: must not involve playing or staking against a bank, and must be a game in which the chances are equally favorable to all participants in the sense that each ticket or chance has the same probability of success as any other.
Licensed bingo is a well-regulated and socially responsible form of gambling that takes place in a safe environment. Many sites offer multiple forms of bingo with different features, types of games, and costs of play. These sites often cater specifically for women and some research suggests that they may appeal to markets who would not typically engage in traditional forms of gambling.

Slots

Slot machine is one of the most beloved game among the gambling community and it has been a part of the industry for a long time. They provide fun and entertainment and their simplicity allows gamers to start playing at once. This can play out in different ways depending on the machine you’re playing. For instance, there’s Pick a Fortune, a five-reel, 20 line game that puts players right in the studio of a television game show, including the potential to play a Deal or No Deal-style bonus round. A super trend over the past few years is mobile-friendly slot games. These apps and websites were developed to enable players to enjoy their favorite games on their smartphones at any time. Another dominant slot trend is licensed branded slots that are based on popular movies, television, and musicians.
Virtual Money vs Real Money
Let’s find out the difference between social gambling and real money gambling, as well as the differences between gambling through apps and gambling through a web browser. It can be quite confusing trawling through all the casinos, slots, and lotteries available, both through your mobile web browser as well as through mobile app stores, in the form of downloadable apps.

Virtual money

The main difference between virtual money and real money gambling is that the in-game virtual currency in social games and gambling-type games is used only like credits that are not paid out as winnings or anything given to player in cash, making these games exempt from gambling regulations.
Virtual money is loaded on user game accounts via in-app purchases in mobile applications or the game balance funding from a card via web based applications.

Real money gambling

Real money gambling via your mobile device is only allowed in countries where laws have been passed that allow for this type of gambling online, or there are no laws in place that prevent it. The payment systems are the legal way of services payment in the gambling app, performing as the intermediary between the gambling facility and the client. With their help, users replenish deposits and withdraw funds to personal accounts in financial institutions. If the application uses the payment system of a well-known brand, that gives players additional confidence in the resource. Nowadays, there is a wide range of payment systems, some of which operate all over the world, other systems are oriented towards the citizens of one or several countries. A number of services accept money of different world currencies, while others allow currency transactions of one state only.
What is an Online Gambling Licensing
The internet has a global audience, there’s no single piece of legislation that covers the legality of online gambling for the entire world. Mobile gambling doesn’t typically accept customers from every single country in the world. It often focuses on certain specific regions.
Instead, most countries have their own local laws that deal with the relevant legal and regulatory issues.
Ultimately, questions of legality all go back to the location of the casino or where the website operates out of. In closed regulatory systems, such as Italy, France, and the Netherlands, licenses, and advertising rights are limited to domestic providers, which must be located within their country’s geographical boundaries and these are only permitted to offer some types of products. Some jurisdictions, for example, Norway, Sweden, and Canada legalize and regulate online gambling, but this is limited to a single site that is owned by the government. Under such an approach, the government becomes the operator and regulator and all revenues are returned to the government.
Remote gambling is generally permitted. That means that an operator that is licensed may provide gambling services to citizens in the country via all forms of remote communication (and using equipment that may be located in the country or abroad). Equally, a remote operator may be licensed to offer gambling services to citizens in any jurisdiction in the world using equipment located in the country. The law provides that, for each type of gambling (betting, gaming, and participating in a lottery), there will be two forms of license available: remote and non-remote forms (land-based). If you provide facilities for remote gambling, online or through other means, and advertise to consumers you will need a license from the licensing jurisdictions or local licensing authorities. Before an online gambling site signs up its first customer, before it accepts its first bet before the first card is dealt, it must be licensed by a recognized governmental entity.
Certain regions in the world have specific legislation in place that allows them to license and regulate companies that operate online gambling sites or provide industry services (such as the supply of gaming software). These regions are referred to as online gambling jurisdictions or licensing jurisdictions.
Depending on what type of entertainment you are going to implement in your internet establishment, you will have to apply for the corresponding permissions. Online gambling laws in Europe vary from one country to the next. The industry is well regulated in some countries and less so in others. There are several online gambling jurisdictions located in Europe. Some of these are members of the European Union (EU), and thus subject to the various rules and regulations of that body, while others are independent. Each of these jurisdictions has an authority that’s responsible for approving gambling sites for licenses that enable them to offer their services legally. They also regulate their licensees.
Countries that Provide Gambling Licensing
Today there are lots of licensing jurisdictions located all over the world and offering different terms for their customers. Depending on the country, licenses can be local, international (distributed in several countries), have a different set of documents for registration, costs of registration and further support, various operating conditions and other special details.

Which gambling license is both internationally recognized?

The government of Ireland offers casino operators, software, and service providers in the gambling industry, with a gambling license that allows gambling operators to conduct business related to casino, lotto, and other gaming-related activities. Ireland Gambling License is one of the most popular license for online casinos worldwide. Ireland has long been recognized as one of the preferred locations for Online Gambling operators to base their operations. This success has been due to a combination of factors, such as a progressive legislative system, political stability, first-rate telecommunications facilities, and a well established financial services industry. A wide range of gambling sites operates out of Ireland including sports betting, casino sites, poker, bingo, and more.
In stark contrast, the UK is the largest regulated market for online gambling in the world, and corporations are already comfortable exploiting the intersections of gambling and gaming, betting in-play, social gaming, Bitcoin, financial trading and spread betting, betting exchanges, e-sports and, most profitably, mobile gambling. 40% and 60% of online gambling in the UK took place in Gibraltar.

International licensing

Europe is home to the following online gambling jurisdictions: Alderney, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Malta. Malta is currently the country that is most accommodating to gambling companies, and the license offers whitelisted online gambling in sports and casino games in many European territories. But takes an extreme amount of time in paperwork and background checks. Also, you pay 5% of all your gross profit to the EU.
Among countries offering gambling licensing services, the attention should be paid to Curaçao jurisdiction, which is considered to be one of the most promising for the online gaming business.
Curaçao Internet Gaming Association (also known as Curaçao eGaming) is both a regulator and a licensor, and its licensing works worldwide except Curaçao itself, USA, France and Netherlands. Using Curacao as an example, let us examine in detail the process of obtaining a license, the necessary documents and expenses.
How to get a License on Curaçao
  • Documents necessary for company registration:
  • criminal record;
  • passport scans;
  • bank account confirmation;
  • documents proving payments for utility services.
After the company is registered, an operator can apply for the license providing the following documents:
  • a document certifying the right of domain possession;
  • description of games planned to be used in the project;
  • a list indicating countries of potential operation;
  • illustration of server locations to be used in the project;
  • a copy of the agreement with a software provider.
Gambling license cost:
  • Bank account opening $1000
  • Company registration $3600
  • Company management per year $3600
  • Application processing fee $1000
  • License fee per year $4800
  • Equipment/software fee starting from $1500
  • Server maintenance per year $6000
Apart from that pay for technical support and maintenance every year. The entire license issuing process takes between 2-4 weeks. Curacao Internet Gaming Association (CIGA) also has the power to review a license and, if it finds that an operator has breached a license condition, has the power to impose a range of sanctions including revocation of the license.
Apple and Google Gambling Rules
You’ll be surprised at the limited number of real money gambling app options available on the AppStore and Google Play Store. Most real money casino gaming is done through gambler’s mobile web browsers and not through mobile gambling apps that you’ll find for iPhone and Android phones. Apple allows online gambling applications in a few forms, and not just in places where it is explicitly permitted. They do not allow any payments through the applications – those have to be done on the websites. Apple has far stricter developer guidelines for iOS apps than Google does for Android apps, so it’s fine to assume that whatever you choose to download from iTunes is usually safe, secure, and meets a certain standard.
Any real money casino in the iTunes app is required to have proper licensing and permissions before Apple will approve the app for use or downloads. While Google Play is technically regulated, it is much more loose in what can be hosted.

Apple Store

Gambling, gaming, and lotteries can be tricky to manage and tend to be one of the most-regulated offerings on the App Store. Apple has rules for apps that support real money wagering, including sports betting and poker. Those apps and lotteries must have necessary licensing and permissions in the locations where the App is used, must be geo-restricted to those locations, and must be free on the App Store, and Apple rate even simulated gambling apps as appropriate only for users 17-years-old and up.

Play Store

Google keeps the reigns tight. To be able to successfully upload apps to the Google Play store, developers need to have a valid license for the specific countries they are targeting and comply with their regulations. The app must be free to download and must prevent under-age users from gambling in the app. As a final precaution, all gambling apps are required to display prominent information regarding responsible gambling practices. This brings its policy in line with the Apple App Store.
Countries where gambling is illegal
It is also important to remember that while gambling is growing rapidly in many places, in others it is totally or partially prohibited. As well as in the majority of the US, sports betting is illegal in India, Pakistan, and China, three of the largest gambling markets in the world. Most countries have rules against gambling. Almost all Islamic countries prohibit gambling of every kind, but many turn a blind eye to online gambling or simply do not have regulations in place for this grey area.
In the United Arab Emirates, however, any kind of gambling is prosecuted. National lotteries are the only legal forms of wagering on the Asian country’s mainland. Cambodia, North Korea strictly forbids online and offline gambling amongst its own citizens but allows tourists to participate in these activities.
Qatar is the strictest country of all when it comes to gambling laws. All forms of gambling activities are considered illegal, and even sports betting is not permissible.
Starting your own gambling product
Numerous online casino platforms in the market offer fantastic casino games like bingo, poker, roulette, and many more.
If you have an idea, but don’t know where to start, we advise you begin with a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to pilot your proof of concept for investors. MVP spotlights your core features and lets your investors know there are bigger and better things to come.
For MVP you do not need a large team, just a few people are enough to create a fully functioning prototype. In the case of successful numbers of your prototype, the further development of a full-fledged product will require more team, resources and time, however you will be sure that your development and your costs will pay off.

Are Pricey Crypto Publications like Palm Beach a substitution for a Crypto Mentor?

Why Having a MENTOR in Crypto is Very Important
For the past couple of years I have been sharing the exorbitant costs of the Palm Beach newsletter services with a few other people.
See, I’m hoping to gain some of your trust to have a conversation so that you’ll allow me to be your ally and mentor in the space - giving me the chance to share both my knowledge and the Palm Beach publications (quarterly or confidential - or others) that you want. Like most value adding things in life it starts with a profit motive; capitalism at its purest. But the best business is also the business which helps solve problems. And that is what I am attempting to do here - to connect with a few people that I can add value and insights to.
Keep in mind I have ALL the Palm Beach publications you could want; (Palm Beach Confidential, Crypto Income Quarterly, Palm Beach Trader, Alpha Edge, Palm Beach Quant ) and also the lesser known and unrelated Crypto Vigilante of Dollar Vigilante fame (a very underrated publication imo). And you get someone who understands crypto and the crypto markets at a fairly high level - someone with the 10,000+ hours put into the space since 2014 to make me not only highly proficient - but arguably an “expert” in the field.
Drop me a line in direct message here (not in the public thread below) - and I’ll get you over the full monty of details regarding signing up with me and getting immediate access to the publications and my brain. ; )
I’ll even send you that private video of me first so you can decide if I’m the type of person you might want to do business with. I look forward to hearing from you! Drop me that message and please leave a brief note of what exactly you might be interested in. Thanks!

Why Having a MENTOR in Crypto is Very Important

Why Having a MENTOR in Crypto is Very Important
For the past couple of years I have been sharing the exorbitant costs of the Palm Beach newsletter services with a few other people.
EDC Blockchain and ECRO System in the List of Major Blockchain Events 2019!

EDC Blockchain and ECRO System in the List of Major Blockchain Events 2019!
https://preview.redd.it/1n0i4hayx4a41.jpg?width=1307&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a1ddf95e43b81cacc10b29824c162c2d19bc2fc0
2019 showed that the Blockchain industry justifies the status of a technological revolution. Bitcoin's capitalization exceeded that of countries such as Turkey, Pakistan and South Africa. And China, India, and Nigeria have already bought cars, real estate and various services for an EDC coin!
Let's think about these and other events of last year, which had the greatest resonance.
Adoption of the cryptography law in China
Speculation and fiction are officially over! China at the state level said "yes" to Blockchain technology! The Chinese Communist Party now directly manages the Central Cryptography Agency. The agency will promote and support cryptography research, protect intellectual property rights and promote the development of public/private key technology, according to Primitive Foundation partner Dovey Wan.
Against this background, the Central Bank of China started talking about creating its own stablecoin, and Chinese President Xi Jinping said that the blockchain will be the main technology for important innovation breakthroughs! The Crypto market reacted instantly: bitcoin rose by more than $2000 in one week of October (from $7500 to $9500), while EDC quotations reached 1 US cents. The optimism then decreased again when it became clear that the Chinese are still fundamentally distinguishing between the notions of "Blockchain" and "Cryptocurrencies".
Bitcoin futures launch
On September 23, 2019, ICE Corporation (International Exchange) started trading daily and month bitcoin futures on the Bakkt platform.
The platform was officially approved by the U.S. Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and bitcoin deposits of users are insured for $125 million.
The appearance of this platform was associated with certain expectations: the growth of bitcoin to $ 20,000, and the accession of institutional investors. As we already know, these forecasts did not come true, and the peak daily trading volume did not exceed $43 million. Nevertheless, the expectations from this news remain high: both the prestige and liquidity of the market can only improve.
Project Libra's failure
On June 18, the release of Facebook's own cryptographic currency called Libra was to be launched. By all primary signs, the coin could become a market favorite, and the project participants included Visa, Mastercard, eBay, and other major online platforms.
However, it did not work out: problems with regulators reached the hearings in the U.S. Congress, where Mark Zuckerberg himself had to personally promise that Libra will not be launched until all regulators approve of it, and Facebook may even leave the founders.
Project stoppage TON
GRAM Token from Telegram is another "loser" in the big games of life. The developers managed to make the initial offer (ICO) for 1.7 billion dollars and even presented a compiled test wallet. But the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) expressed confidence that GRAM at the token trading stage was sold illegally, falling under the definition of a security.
Now Pavel Durov is facing long legal proceedings, and the project is frozen for an indefinite period. This "triumph" of U.S. market regulators once again underscores the fact that big money at the stage of the birth of new players on the crypto market plays a much smaller role than the real value of coins and technology.
EDC Blockchain Coin constructor for entrepreneurs
Producers of goods and services and businessmen in various niches can now create their own bonus token or a full-fledged cryptographic currency using PoS mining without having at their disposal a team of IT professionals, ICO access opportunities or huge investments. Specialists of the EDC Blockchain platform offered the market a technological coin constructor and ready-made package solutions for the development of small and medium businesses.
It has never been easier to token and scale any project or startup. The constructor is available to all users of the EDC platform, which offers customers a number of bonuses (for example, an automatic listing of new coins on partner exchanges, marketing support and advertising at the level of its international community). A real step forward in business tokenization.
Start of a self-contained blockchain ecosystem ECRO System
Specialists of ECRO Chain Holding, under whose leadership ECRO System projects function, were able to create a "bridge" between the crypto industry and real business.
ECRO System provides an environment for cooperation between manufacturers, sellers and consumers anywhere in the world, including global marketplace, exchange, trading platform, a launching platform for startups, additional services and even an academy for educational purposes. In a global eco-system using a blockchain, a variety of goods and services are safely sold and purchased, any coins are exchanged conveniently and quickly, and new technology projects are made possible. And the ecosystem is expanding geographically by training its own marketers. Application of blockchain, technologies of an artificial intellect, a crypto-merchant allow ECRO System to create conditions for the reliable digital economy.
Crypto trading authorization for German banks
The Bundesrat passed a law allowing German banking institutions to officially sell and buy cryptocurrencies. Discussions in financial circles are still ongoing, as confidential transfers open up space for illegal transactions and money laundering. But the fact is that Vice-Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz advocated the creation of a national digital currency, and Sven Hildebrandt, head of the consulting company DLC, is confident that Germany will become a "cryptocurrency paradise".
Official cooperation of Ukraine with Binance Crypto Exchange
Binance International exchange has signed an official memorandum on cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Popularization and legalization of the cryptographic industry in Ukraine led to a sharp increase in the interest of global exchange and trading services to start working in one of the largest European countries.
On November 6, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law on the implementation of FATF rules, which regulates all basic concepts and legal aspects of virtual assets that can be considered as property or can be used for payment and investment purposes.
The draft law on asset tokenization, which will allow private and public companies to conduct commercial transactions with their assets in the form of tokens or crypto-stocks, is under development.
We are living at the peak of historical technology development when the speed of real technical changes outpaces even the speed of human imagination. The year 2020 could be a "quantum leap" in cryptographic technology around the world.
The world economy, as well as small and medium businesses, seems to be best prepared for the wide range of opportunities offered by the Blockchain. The EDC Blockchain and ECRO System project teams will continue to develop their products and services in order to maximize the quality of life of modern people through blockchain innovations. We wish you a successful 2020 year filled with new technologies!

I made $1 million in BTC in 2 years. Advice on next alt-coins please?

INTRODUCTION
Hello everyone,
I want to refer you my Reddit post from 19th October 2014
https://www.reddit.com/Bitcoin/comments/2jovik/newbie_depositing_money_into_bitcoin_for_24_years/
Here is a link to the BTC I am holding now to prove it’s me.
https://ibb.co/dgiqSb or https://imgur.com/a/ZJsLQ
I know there will be a lot of questions posters will ask me so I will write a long post to address most of the issues. Don’t worry, there will be a TL;DR as well
BACKGROUND
In 2015 I had some personal family issues and necessitated me moving to Pakistan to take care of some land issues we had. I sold my takeaway business and house in the UK and bought land in Pakistan and built a farmhouse. I eventually had around £50,000 left and wanted to invest in BTC anonymously. Thanks to all the Redditers for their excellent advice I bought 261 BTC which back in 2015 was worth around $60,000. I stored the BTC in a Trezor and left recovery seed with my auntie in case of my death or incapacitation. My coins today are worth $1.8 million gross (not including platform fees, bank fees, Capital Gains Tax etc.)
THANKS TO REDDITERS
I must highlight or refer to the following comments from 3 years ago with thanks for helping me make up my mind on a "gamble" and buying the BTC at $200:
BashCo - But you should acknowledge that even if your funds are 100% secure, the exchange rate to national currency is absolutely not guaranteed. They might hold their value, but they might also increase or decrease. There's great upside potential, but nobody really knows where this ride is going. If you go through with this, just force yourself to take it slow and understand every step involved before dealing with the entire amount. Best of luck to you!
Dskloet - I recommend you stay away from Bitcoin. It might be worth a lot in 4 years but it might also be worth nothing
7badgers - For your purposes Bitcoin is one of the least desirable wealth storage options. There is a significant probability that the purchasing value will be, in 2-4y , massively less than your initial conversion, possibly even zero. You are likely to find high value metals, diamonds, collectable coins with gold content ,or physical cash a much better option.
Lumb - Perhaps you'll be a millionaire. This is a genuine possibility ... Perhaps I'd even do the same thing... Just make sure that going into this you have all the facts.
NEXT STEPS
I now have approximately $1.8 million and have returned to the UK now (as you can see, I never posted here for 2 years. All my energies and efforts were focused on tending to my farm whilst I was away and devoting my time to improving the land which I had bought, the bitcoins were forgotten).
I will now be doing the following:
a) I will cash in all of the $1,800,000 holding and of this I will pay Capital Gains Tax immediately, taking my CGT tax-free allowance of me and my wife for this year (which is around £22,000) and the rest $425,000 I will immediately pay to HMRC. I want to be all paid up and not have any headaches from the tax office in my future years.
b) I will approximately pay $300,000 to buy a freehold commercial building near my hometown. Downstairs it has ability to seat 20 diners. Upstairs is 2 large flats suitable for me to convert into one large space for my family to live. It has always been my dream to own a restaurant rather than a takeaway and I can now buy it outright and house my family in a very comfortable area close to a very good school. I am so happy about this, I have fulfilled my dream.
c) I want to buy and hold another cryptocurrency for 2 years. I will exchange $600,000 into ether. Let me explain. If I were keep Bitcoin and hope for a 1,000% increase then I would have to wait for Bitcoin to reach a price of $60,000 which I do not think will happen for at least 10 years
However if I were to buy Ether at $300 and hope for a 1,000% increase, it would have to go to $3,000 and I think this is achievable in 5 years. For my 2,000 brand new ether coins, I could be making another $6,000,000 after I have bought a house and business for my family to live in.
d) I will then have $100,000 to make a HUGELY speculative investment in another alt-coin. Again a big gamble. Which ones do you guys think could be a 10-bagger? Monero? Waves? IOATA? NEO? XEM? Please advise with reasons?
e) I am required as a Muslim to give 10% of my wages as zakat ("tithe"). $180,000 I will transfer this to the Edhi foundation in Pakistan. Please see Google for the great work they do, spear-headed by their amazing founder. I hope my life could be 1/10th as great as this man. Perhaps you might feel inclined to donate yourself.
f) The rest of the land and farmhouse in Pakistan I will donate to my elderly family and let them live out the rest of their days in comfort and prosperity
TL;DR
I am selling $1.8 million worth of BTC for my own reasons and with all risks known to me. Please advice which alt-coins can be the "next big thing" with reasons.

From where I can buy bitcoin using my credit-card while in Pakistan from a site similar to Coinbase and not P2P or meeting physically?

Hello everyone,
I live in Pakistan. I want to buy bitcoin, not much maybe just USD $100 or even fewer. I never bought bitcoin before. I would like to buy using my credit-card through some most reliable famous website, something similar to Coinbase or some other reliable exchange. However, Coinbase doesn't allow me (from Pakistan) to buy/sell bitcoin.
I don't want to buy from Pakistani websites. Most of them are sketchy at best and unreliable.
I also don't want to buy by physically meeting anyone locally. Sketchy and scary as hell in Pakistan (don't want to be kidnapped, robbed and murdered).
I am also avoiding P2P exchanges, seems sketchy for a first time buyer like me. What if I send money and don't get bitcoin in return. Moreover, I would like to buy using my credit-card.
I am hoping that any of you may guide me in the right direction.
P.S. How safe is Coinmama? Anyone used it?

US Equity Futures Slide After Euro PMIs Stumble; China, Crude Plunge

Returning from Thanksgiving holiday, US traders who braved record cold temperatures on their office commute are in a sour mood, with S&P futures sharply lower, following the latest sharp drop in Chinese stocks, where as noted earlier the Shanghai composite lost the 2,600 level, tumbling 2.5% to one month lows after the WSJ reported Trump asked allies to boycott China's telecom giant Huawei.

The news dragged Asian shares lower, while Europe was mixed after the latest disappointing PMI which saw German Manufacturing and Services miss expectations, dragging the Eurozone Manufacturing PMI to 51.5, missing expectations of a 52.0 print, a 30 month low and the weakest since print since May 2016, while the composite index tumbled to the lowest level in 4 years in November.

Contracts on the Dow, S&P and Nasdaq all pointed lower, after Chinese equities led regional declines in Asia, with the technology sector weak on concern the U.S. is ratcheting up a campaign against Huawei Technologies. The result was a sharp drop in the Shanghai Composite, which slumped to levels last seen in late October, wiping out the recent rally.

In European trading, the preliminary PMI data dented hopes of an economic rebound into year end, sparking a rally in bunds and gilts, while 10Y TSY yields dropped to session lows of 3.04% after Thursday’s Thanksgiving holiday. Euribor contracts pushed higher after officials flagged downside risks and data added to nerves ahead of the ECB’s December meeting. Meanwhile in Italy, BTPs printed fresh highs for the week on signs of a budget compromise. European equities were mixed, printing small gains after a steady open, largely ignoring trade war concerns, which weighed on Chinese stocks. Italy's FTSE MIB outperformed peers on renewed deficit discussion optimism and helping local banks rise over 1.5%. Technology and telecommunications stocks pared initial gains as equity gains are tempered by oil oversupply concerns, acting as a drag on energy/basic resources sectors

The dollar climbed and the euro reversed earlier gains as data showed German’s growth outlook weakened; the Euro slumped on renewed fears the slowing economy may delay any ECB balance sheet normalization while the pound handed back most of Thursday’s gains. In the latest Brexit news, Tory Brexiteer Iain Duncan Smith stated that the Brexit deal will be killed off by him and his Brexiteer colleagues in Parliament, while he is said to dismiss PM May’s efforts to adopt a tech solution to the Irish border problem and implied it is meaningless, according to ITV’s Peston.

Elsewhere, emerging market currencies and shares fell on renewed China trade concerns. Bitcoin declined and is on course to lose more than 20% this week.
Meanwhile, in commodities, WTI saw another sharp decline through $53, after energy minister Khalid Al-Falih said Saudi Arabia is producing oil in excess of 10.7 million barrels a day, more than in recent years, giving the strongest indication yet that the kingdom has boosted output to record levels. “We were at 10.7-something in October, and we are above that. We will know exactly when the month is over,” Al-Falih said. That said, he added that “we will not flood the market. We will not send oil that customers don’t need. And we’ve started doing that in December, and I expect we’ll continue doing that into the new year.”

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and allied producers warned earlier this month that oil markets will probably be oversupplied in 2019. Concerns that slower economic growth and a trade war could erode demand for oil are outweighing fears of potential shortages caused by U.S. sanctions on Iranian exports and supply disruptions elsewhere.
As a result, WTI has wiped out all modest gains observed in recent days, and was trading back at 1 year lows headed for its 7th weekly drop.

Falling energy prices are just one of several indicators that concern investors about the strength of global economic growth. Meanwhile, political turmoil in Europe, lingering uncertainty over a Brexit agreement and a trade war that’s engulfed the world’s biggest economies add to nervousness according to Bloomberg. Slowing growth is one of several prospects in the U.S. that may lead Federal Reserve to more caution in 2019 should they raise rates next month.
Elsewhere, base metals decline with LME copper 1% lower. EUR offered after PMIs to trade weakest levels this week, cable declines on broad USD strength.
In overnight geopolitical news, North Korea appeared to be expanding operations at its main nuclear site, according to the IAEA, while there were also reports that atomic agency inspectors are said to be demanding North Korea allow nuclear inspectors back into the country amid reactor activity concerns. China is to reportedly resume the purchase of Iranian oil in November after their waiver.
Expected data include PMIs. No major companies are scheduled to report earnings.
Market Snapshot
Top Overnight News from Bloomberg
Asian stocks traded mostly lower with sentiment in the region subdued by trade concerns and holiday-thinned conditions in the US, while Japan and India also observed public holidays. ASX 200 (+0.4%) was positive with the index supported by strength in its top-weighted financials sector amid gains in Australia’s largest banks after Macquarie pulled-off a rarity at the banking royal commission in which it emerged unscathed and with its reputation enhanced. Elsewhere, Shanghai Comp. (-2.5%) and Hang Seng (-0.4%) were negative amid ongoing trade uncertainty as China responded to the recent trade report by the US, in which it dismissed the accusations of unfair trade practices as groundless and totally unacceptable. In addition, the US called for its allies to stop using Huawei equipment and weak earnings results from Meituan Dianping in which the online service provider’s losses ballooned, further added to the glum. China responded to the recent US report in which it labelled the accusation by the US of China continuing with unfair trade practices as groundless and totally unacceptable, while it added that it hopes US drops rhetoric and behaviour that are damaging to relations.

After opening with little in the way of firm direction amid holiday thinned markets (US, Japan and India), European equities have posted modest gains with the EuroStoxx 50 higher by 0.2%. Leading the charge in Europe is the FTSE MIB (+0.6%) with Italian assets underpinned by optimism that the populist government could reign in some of their budgetary demands with reports suggesting that the EU Affairs Minister Savona could step down from his position (later denied) due to dissent over Italy’s intentions to violate EU budget laws. This also comes amidst a backdrop of increasing pressure from President Mattarella who wants the technocratic PM Conte to get a deal done with the EC, whilst other Italian press report highlight the need for Italy to increase the sincerity of Italy’s concessions to Europe. In terms of sector specifics, upside in Italian banking names has helped spur gains in European financials with the telecoms sector outperforming. To the downside, energy names lag, in-fitting with price action in the complex with crude seemingly unable to stem recent losses. Individual movers include Renault (+4.2%), who have been granted some reprieve from recent losses following a broker upgrade at Jefferies and as Nissan continue to reorganise their corporate leadership. Elsewhere, GEA Group (-14.3%) are lower after cutting guidance whilst Altice (-9.8%) continue to face selling pressure following yesterday’s disappointing market update
Top European News
In currencies, the Dollar has benefited from the aforementioned relative weakness elsewhere, and the index is holding nearer the upper end of 96.394-751 parameters as a result, and on course to end the holiday-shortened week with a net gain, albeit modest having traded up to 96.898 and down to 96.037 at the other extreme. the Euro was not the most discounted major currency on offer, but cut price in wake of considerably weaker than forecast preliminary PMIs from France, Germany and the Eurozone overall. The single currency is now under 1.1400 vs the Usd and has broken the 10DMA to the downside at 1.1356, with fibs now being eyed ahead of 1.1300, while pivoting 0.8850 against the Gbp even though Sterling is also suffering in sympathy and jittery on Brexit issues following initial euphoria due to the UK-EU Political Declaration. CAD/NZD/AUD - Also going relatively cheap and underperforming against their US peer, with the Loonie back below 1.3200 amidst an even steeper slide in crude prices ahead of Canadian CPI and retail sales data. Meanwhile, the Aud has retreated through 0.7250 again and hardly helped by overnight developments as ANZ revised its RBA outlook to unchanged until August 2020, and the ASIC launched a probe of CBA for the alleged mis-selling of insurance products. Similarly, the Kiwi has lost grip of 0.6800 amidst speculation that the RBNZ could loosen mortgage restrictions as part of its FSR due next week. GBP - As noted above, the Pound has lost a bit more positivity after Thursday’s rally on the draft PD reached by Brexit negotiators given a mixed reaction to the details in UK political circles and ongoing doubt about approval by EU leaders. Cable is back below 1.2850 vs circa 1.2900 at best yesterday, albeit ‘comfortably’ above the recent 1.2785 low with decent bids noted at 1.2800. EM - Some consolidation at the end of a solid week for the likes of the Zar and Try that have both made potentially significant breaks of key levels at 14.0000 and 5.3000 vs the Usd respectively due to a combination of bullish technical and fundamental factors, ie the SARB ¼ point hike yesterday.
In commodities, WTI (-4.3%) and Brent (-2.6%) are on track for their seventh weekly loss with WTI prices briefly breaching the USD 52.00/bbl level to the downside while Brent lingers just above USD 61/bbl. Some traders are citing the recent decline to technical factors, while Saudi Arabia signalled that its output may have reached a record high of above 10.7mln BPD, and the kingdom’s Energy Minister Al-Falih noted that demand for oil will be lower in January 2019 compared to December 2018. This comes amidst the backdrop of this week’s EIA data which showed that US production remained at a record high of 11.7mln barrels, the most since at least 1983; according to government data. Therefore, the complex is suffering from a double whammy with supply glut concerns and weaker demand concerns weighing on traders’ minds. Oil fell into bear market territory this month after the US granted temporary waivers to eight countries in regard to Iranian oil, in turn pouring cold water on some supply concerns, while sources emerged this morning noting that China are to resume the purchase of Iranian oil in November after their waiver. Some analysts highlighted that due to complications over insurance, shipping and payments, it may take until February or later until some of Iran’s largest buyers such as South Korean and Japan resume purchases.
Elsewhere, gold (-0.4%) prices saw some downside after the yellow metal felt pressure from the firmer USD and copper weakened amid underperformance in China alongside a decline in Chinese commodity prices. Furthermore, China’s Dalian Exchange are to relax their risk management restrictions on some futures in an attempt to attract more investors to boost liquidity given the recent slump in iron ore prices.

Could anyone tell me how to buy Bitcoins in Pakistan?

Hello,
I currently reside in Pakistan and I wish to purchase Bitcoins, I have a Bank account in Dubai and wish to buy Bitcoins.
Localbitcoins is unfortunately not an option, so could anyone suggest any exchange I could easily buy bitcoins from, register to?
I have seen the exchanges listed in the sidebar, but am unsure which one would work best for my region, or whether they would even accept Bank transfers from my region. If anyone knows anything about how to buy Bitcoins from such an area any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Note; I would also like advice on whether I should register my name on any website, or should use a pseudonym.

Iran Develops Its Own Digital Currency

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 53%. (I'm a bot)
Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammad Javad Azari Jahromi says the Iranian cryptocurrency is being developed under a joint project involving the ministry's ICT Research Institute, Central Bank of Iran's Monetary and Banking Research Institute and the state-run Post Bank.
"Banks and credit institutions and currency exchanges should avoid any sale or purchase of these currencies or taking any action to promote them," a central bank circular said, based on a ban on cryptocurrencies passed by Iran's anti-money laundering body in December.
Iran joined the growing list of nations to crack down on cryptocurrencies, including India and Pakistan who made roughly similar moves in early April.
Azari Jahromi says the CBI ban does not cover home-grown digital currencies and it does not mean Iran will resist against cryptocurrencies, which could shape the future of finance world.
"The CBI ban on Bitcoin dealings was made out of concerns such as foreign currency flight and that the could lead people to lose their assets. But Bitcoin is not the one and only cryptocurrency," the minister said.
Referring to reports by western media that Iran is developing cryptocurrencies as a means to circumvent financial sanctions by avoiding traditional financial avenues, the minister said, "All cryptocurrencies are capable of circumventing sanctions because they are not under supervision of the US financial regulatory body, and the national digital currencies are naturally capable of this."

Bitcoin Surges After Paper Says Cryptos are Compliant with Sharia Law

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 60%. (I'm a bot)
Investing.com - Bitcoin and other virtual coins rose on Thursday, after a research paper claimed that the virtual currencies were compliant with Islamic religious law, or Sharia law.
Mufti Muhammad Abu Bakar, Sharia advisor and compliance officer at Blossom Finance, published a study Thursday that argues bitcoin does qualify as Islamic money, unless forbidden by a local government.
In December a Muslim cleric declared that owning bitcoin was compatible with Islamic finance but Egypt's top Islamic cleric has ruled against owning bitcoin.
A bitcoin exchange in Pakistan closed after the central bank announced a ban on dealings with cryptocurrencies.
Other virtual currencies were up, with rival Ethereum, the world's second largest cryptocurrency by market cap, up 9.98% to $462.04 on the Bitfinex exchange.
Ripple, the third largest virtual currency, increased 12.34% to $0.56111 while EOS was at $9.0653 a rise of 26.36%. Disclaimer: Fusion Media would like to remind you that the data contained in this website is not necessarily real-time nor accurate.

[uncensored-r/Bitcoin] From where I can buy bitcoin using my credit-card while in Pakistan from a site similar to Coinba...

The following post by TheProgrammerGuy is being replicated because some comments within the post(but not the post itself) have been silently removed.
The original post can be found(in censored form) at this link:
np.reddit.com/ Bitcoin/comments/7xy7gb
The original post's content was as follows:
